SMS Program Description Nside operates an AI receptionist service that sends SMS messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow up messages to clients who have provided explicit consent to receive such messages.

Messaging Use Cases Messages sent by Nside include appointment confirmation notifications, appointment reminder notifications, and follow up messages after completed calls.

Opt-Out Instructions You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Nside at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Support Contact Information For support or questions contact us at: your business email here. You can also reply HELP to any of our messages for assistance.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer Nside and its wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Age Restriction You must be 18 years of age or older to use Nside services and to opt in to receive SMS messages from Nside.

Privacy Policy Your use of Nside services is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Payment Terms Nside services require a one time setup fee of $749 and a monthly retainer of $497 billed automatically each month.

Nside reserves the right to cancel service for any client who violates these terms.
